Important Reminder: Program Communication & Account Updates
We would like to take a moment to remind you of our communication process regarding any program changes or cancellations.
All updates are sent primarily through email, using the address listed in your MyRec registration account. Please take a moment to ensure that your email address is current and that you are opted in to receive all Parks & Recreation communications so you do not miss important information.
For programs that take place directly after school, please note that if there is a change or cancellation, parents and guardians are responsible for contacting the school to update their child’s dismissal plan for that day. This step is essential to ensure student safety and proper supervision.
We appreciate your cooperation in helping us communicate effectively and keep our programs running smoothly. If you have any questions or need assistance updating your account, please feel free to contact our office.
