In this series explore the yoga postures individually and as sequence to renew and restore vitality, agility, strength and balance. Experience modifying and deepening the postures to free and relax your body, focus and calm your mind. This class is suitable for beginner and intermediate practitioners. Please wear loose fitting clothing, bring a yoga mat, towel and any props you would like to use.
