Snack Engineers: Recreate Reese Cups

Mom and kids kneading bread
During this 6 week program students recreate Reese Cups into a new snack that is nut free. Students will engineer chocolate flavors, create a new filling, make a recipe and develop packaging and labeling. Students end the program with a brand new snack they created.
