Sync with your Circadian Rhythms using timeless, science-backed Yogic practices, Qi Gong, meridian acupressure, and natural healing. This evening class is designed to help release mental and physical stress and tension to ground the parasympathetic nervous system after a long day and prepare us for rest so our bodies may better heal and reset while we sleep. The series of exercises and body practices will not focus on trying to get somewhere, as we want to experience ease in our body and be in sync with the hormonal changes as they take effect. This is really a case of less is more and you may find that it brings great benefit to work this way. Suitable for adults of all body types and abilities, this class blends floor, chair, and standing poses and exercises, along with personal modifications to meet the needs of a mixed-level class.
