Runners racing with focus on feet
A 45 minute exercise class that allows participants to burn off energy while developing the strength, stamina and flexibility needed to succeed in after school sports and other physical activities. Designed to optimize kids' transition between school and homework time while enhancing coordination, body awareness, strength and flexibility. Classes will start with cardio training alternating with Pilates inspired exercises accessible for this age level.They'll cool down with either Tai Chi or Yoga sequences designed to promote calmness and enhanced concentration. Games and partner work will be included as appropriate to keep it fun and offer opportunities for social interaction.
