Mat Pilates is a safe exercise regimen that aims to improve flexibility and stability by strengthening all muscles, especially the torso-stabilizing muscles of the abdomen and lower back. It can dramatically transform the way your body looks, feels and performs. Enjoy a sleek toned body, improved balance and coordination, and decreased stress. Mondays: In-Person & Virtual (No classes on 10/14 & 11/11)
