Spoons filled with herbs and spices
During this 7-week Snack Engineering Program students will explore the science behind their favorite treats while creating unique snacks from scratch. Each week, they'll dive into hands-on activities, such as engineering their own chips, making white chocolate from scratch, and creating homemade vegan gummy bears. From understanding the chemistry of caramelization to experimenting with flavors and textures, this program offers a fun and educational journey into the world of culinary creativity. By the end of the course, students will have crafted a variety of snacks to share with family and friends, gaining valuable knowledge in food science and engineering.
