This structured program is led by Ryan Bouldin, Head Swim Coach of the Codman Storm, and is ideal for triathletes, lap swimmers, and anyone looking to get stronger in the water. Each session includes a warm-up, a focused workout set with stroke drills, and a cool-down. Get personalized feedback and build endurance in a supportive group setting.
