Join Us for a Weekend Celebrating the Lincoln Community!
We're excited to invite you to Winter Carnival 2026 an event showcasing all that makes Lincoln a great place! Local organizations are encouraged to host activities and events that are open to all residents. Mark your calendars - full event details and the complete schedule will be mailed to all households in early January!

Organization Registration
If your organization is interested in participating, please register online.
  • If you already have an account with us, please use your existing account - do not create a new one.
  • If you do not have an account, visit LincolnRec.com, click on Create New Account, and select "Organization" as the account type. Then complete the registration form.
Once registered, you will receive a separate form to submit details about your event. The Parks and Recreation Department will do its best to accommodate your preferred date and time, though availability is not guaranteed.
