Come join our Minds in Motion Crime Team in this fun and interesting program! We will provide you with all the tools you need to become your very own crime scene investigator. Learn all about forensics, searching for evidence, and gathering clues and bring home your very own detective kit! Working in groups, you will conduct many science experiments in our crime lab to solve the mysteries at hand. You will learn all about fingerprinting and how to classify them and bring home your very own fingerprint classification sheet! You will also perform chemical analyses and observations working with powders, liquids, and much much more! Be amazed at how much science plays a part in solving a crime. Come ready with your thinking caps and be prepared to use all the skills necessary to solve the crime of the century and help save the Minds in Motion Laboratory! We need you!

Want to foster your child's interest in STEM, while igniting their creative spark at the same time? Buildwave is a creative building program that feels like a video game! Over the course of 6 sessions students create with over 50 different building materials, including Lego®, PlusPlus®, and custom-made Buildwave materials. Each session of the program is a new “level” of the Buildwave game, with an audiovisual setup featuring animations and music that guide students through the different building waves. Child must be able to walk independently. Parent/guardian participation is required.

From scaling up cargo nets on a truss to walking across balance beams, climbing over the A-frame to hanging on monkey bars, this class allows participants to have fun while progressing through the basics of ninja warrior elements.

During this 6-week Snack Engineering Program students will explore the science behind their favorite treats while creating unique snacks from scratch. Each week, they'll dive into hands-on activities, such as engineering their own chips, making white chocolate from scratch, and creating marshmallow fluff. From understanding the chemistry of carmelization to experimenting with flavors and textures, this program offers a fun and educational journey into the world of culinary creativity. By the end of the course, students will have crafted a variety of snacks to share with family and friends, gaining valuable knowledge in food science and engineering.NOTE: Class will not be held on May 22. The make up class is on June 12.

Knucklebones Ninja is a blend of strength, skill, flexibility, fitness and fun. Throughout class participants will engage in various games, drills, elements and obstacle courses. From scaling up cargo nets on a truss to walking across balance beams, climbing over the A-frame to hanging on monkey bars, this class allows participants to have fun while progressing through the basics of ninja warrior elements.

This multidimensional plan is developed to safely maximize the benefits of exercise in a one hour class.

During this 6-week Snack Engineering Program students will explore the science behind their favorite treats while creating unique snacks from scratch. Each week, they'll dive into hands-on activities, such as engineering their own chips, making white chocolate from scratch, and creating marshmallow fluff. From understanding the chemistry of carmelization to experimenting with flavors and textures, this program offers a fun and educational journey into the world of culinary creativity. By the end of the course, students will have crafted a variety of snacks to share with family and friends, gaining valuable knowledge in food science and engineering.NOTE: Class will not be held on May 22. The make up class is on June 12.
