We will try  cartwheels, handstands, forward & backward rolls and round offs. Balance beam, bars and vaulting, bridges and splits will be introduced, along with fun listening games! Parks and Rec Staff will meet children right after school and walk them to class. Please let their teacher know they are attending a Parks and Recreation program. No socks or shoes, long hair must be pulled back.Gymnastics 2A continuation of gymnastics skills based on ability. Don’t worry if this is your first try at gymnastics. The goal here is to feel good about yourself in a no pressure environment.
