Each week, they'll dive into hands-on activities, such as engineering their own chips, making white chocolate from scratch, and creating marshmallow fluff. From understanding the chemistry of carmelization to experimenting with flavors and textures, this program offers a fun and educational journey into the world of culinary creativity. By the end of the course, students will have crafted a variety of snacks to share with family and friends, gaining valuable knowledge in food science and engineering.

You will learn all about our planetary neighborhood. Take part in activities involving physics, air pressure, and density. Check out our real meteorite fragment! Watch a cosmic rocket shoot up into the air! Be mesmerized as you assemble your own stunt plane and learn about the four major forces of flight. See an egg magically sucked into a bottle, behold a tornado being created,and much more in this fun program!
