While sitting on a chair or using a chair for support, the practice is ideal for older adults, people with limited mobility, and for those who sit at a desk for extended periods of time. We will explore many kinds of yoga postures, breathing, and meditation techniques. Perfect for all levels.Gentle Yoga - HybridPracticing at a slower place with warm-ups, we will move through a variety of low impact yoga postures with the option to deepen or modify based on personal need. The movements are designed to open your hips, shoulders, neck, and lengthen your spine. Emphasis will be on breathing and quiet reflection while building strength, flexibility, balance, mental calm and rejuvenation. All levels are welcome.
